Who handles your information

Project enquiries

The brief form collects your name, email, business name, optional current website address, project goal and design choices. We save these details in the enquiry database and use an email delivery service to notify PKG so we can respond. This form requires your permission for that use; you can withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

We do not treat sending an enquiry as an agreement to receive newsletters or unrelated marketing.

Shareable concept previews

A concept is accessible to anyone who has its unguessable link; it is not a password-protected private account. It may display the business name and design selections. Your contact name, email, current website address and free-text project goal are not returned by the preview endpoint. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in the business-name field.

Concept pages are marked not to be indexed. Search indexing controls are not access controls. Contact us if you want a saved brief and its preview removed.

Service providers and technical data

Replit provides the hosting and database infrastructure, and Resend provides the enquiry email delivery through the configured integration. These services and their infrastructure providers process information to deliver the site and messages. Requests can include technical information such as IP addresses, page paths and browser details. Provider processing may take place outside the UK; contact PKG for the relevant processing and transfer information.

Optional visitor analytics and browser preferences are explained on our cookies and privacy choices page. Opening an external project may connect your browser to that separate website and its providers.

Retention and your rights

Submitted briefs remain saved until removed; they do not currently expire automatically. Retention should be limited to handling the enquiry, administering any resulting project and meeting applicable legal requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention of your particular record or to request removal.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
